Jeffrey M. Dolgos, DDS FAGD FAACP

Dr. Dolgos has been a general dentist for more than 20 years, and his practice has been primarily focused on the diagnosis and treatm ent of TMJ Dysfunction and facial pain since 2011.

He has developed a systematic, patient-friendly approach to treating these conditions, using a variety of biomechanical and behavioral principles.

He has also authored a Therapeutic Workbook for patients going through this program, parts of which will be shared in this program

Marshall D. Fagin, DDS

Dr. Fagin received his dental degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 1970 and his Certificate in Prosthodontics in 1972 from Boston University.

An international lecturer and educator for almost 35 years, Dr. Fagin frequently updates his colleagues on the most recent advances in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. He is currently a part-time Associate Professor in the Dept. of Graduate Prosthodontics at SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and has conducted several “Hands-On” courses for dentists on “Anterior Esthetic Makeovers” at the school’s Esthetic Dentistry Education Center and for the University of Florida School of Dentistry’s Mastership Program . He was voted by his colleagues to “Best Dentists in America” 2004/2005, 2008 “Global Who’s Who Man of the Year” in Dental Health, “Top Dentists” 2008 and was elected to faculty membership in the Honorary Dental Society Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He was awarded Diplomat status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 1994 and is an honored Fellowship recipient of the International College of Dentists ( 1993 ) for his contributions to Dentistry.

David Forlano, DDS

Dr David Forlano is a 1988 graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry.  Upon graduation, he received the American Equilibration Award for the most outstanding student in the science of the TemporoMandibular Joint.  He has studied occlusion and TMD at the Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York City. He has spoken nationally and internationally on occlusion, orthodontics and implantology.  Dr Forlano has achieved Fellowship awards in the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Association for Orthodontics and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

He is currently a Clinical Instructor inthe Implantology program at New York University College of Dentistry.  He practices comprehensive dentistry in East Islip, NY.

Dr. Forlano’s organizational and time management skills have enabled him to simultaneously operate three successful fee-for-service dental practices, continue his dental education while teaching other dentists orthodontics and the surgical & prosthetic aspects of dental implantology.  Dr Forlano is the creator of the Comprehensive Dental AssessmentTM. He is the founder of Chairside Implant ServicesTM and enjoys enhancing dental practices across Long Island.

Marc Gottlieb, DDS

Dr. Marc M. Gottlieb was born and raised on Long Island, attended Union College in Schenectady New York and then shuffled off to Buffalo for Dental School. While at the University of Buffalo he received many academic scholarships, awards and fellowships.

After graduation from dental school Dr. Gottlieb went on to a two year post-graduate residency program at Long Island Jewish Medical Center This unique opportunity provided advanced training in anesthesiology and all the specialties of dentistry.
Dr. Gottlieb is currently on staff at Stony Brook University Hospital, maintains a full time private practice and has received many academic scholarships and awards.

Mike Nelson, DDS

Dr. Nelson loves learning, teaching, and discovering. His practice is located in Northern California and the local mountains affords him the opportunity to serve the community and enjoy life.  Dr. Nelson graduated from UOP in 1981. He worked with his father for over 20 years and now continues this legacy with his son Chris. Dr. Chris Nelson currently manages a dental clinic in an underserved area 30 miles east of Redding and works in my office one day a week.

Dr. Nelson is a member of Pac-live and the Seattle Study Club. His programs emphasize sound restorative techniques utilizing minimally invasive dentistry. His hobbies include photography and experiencing the outdoors.

Daniel Pompa DDS

Dr. Daniel G. Pompa is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. In 1985 he established The Oral Surgery and Implant Center in Forest Hills, New York. After graduating from New York University College of Dentistry in 1978, Dr. Pompa completed a GPR at Long Island Jewish Hospital, followed by speciality training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Lincoln Hospital, New York Medical College. In 1982, he became a Fellow of The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Martin Zase, DMD

Dr. Martin Zase ia a guest lecturer in cosmetic dentistry at numerous dental schools. He has developed techniques and instruments that are currently used in modern cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Zase serves on the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Board of Accreditation Examiners and mentors accreditation candidates.
